The Administrative Assistant the assistant to the administrative team. He/she performs those administrative duties necessary for the efficient functioning of the administrative office and manages communication and work flow to and from Administration and hospital departments. The Assistant provides secretarial support for the Board of Managers and other groups/committees as delegated by the Chief Executive Officer. She/he also performs the meeting preparation and serves as the recording secretary for the hospital meetings as requested and maintaining administrative files.

 This position is responsible for answering phones, taking meeting minutes, agendas, developing and/or making changes to forms, ordering office supplies, and maintaining the facilities policies and procedures. This position also performs all of the credentialing for all medical staff.


*Physician credentialing experience preferred.

*Excellent computer skills required
