Internal Medicine Hospital Physician

Landmark Hospital of Savannah has an exciting opportunity for a full time Internal Medicine Hospitalist to join our dedicated and professional team in providing inpatient care in our acute care long term facility. The Hospitalist will manage and coordinate patient care throughout treatment. Our facility focuses on a team approach with a seasoned interdisciplinary group meeting weekly. Our hospital also coordinates with local subspecialist for procedures and consultations.

Summary:

  • Admission coverage for all hospital inpatients
  • Diagnose, treat, or provide continuous care to all hospital inpatients.
  • Prescribe medications or treatment regimens to all hospital inpatients.
  • Write patient discharge summaries.
  • Conduct discharge planning and discharge patients.
